6. What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept transparent PNG files at 300 DPI, sized at the transfer size or larger. Acceptable file types include .ai, .pdf, .psd, and .png.

7. How do I prepare my artwork for printing?

Ensure your artwork is not mirrored, sized to the exact dimensions you want, and has the background removed if you do not want it printed. Make sure it is in high resolution (300 DPI) for the best print quality.

8. What should I do if I need to print trademarked images?

We cannot print trademarked images without written permission from the trademark/copyright owner. If you have the proper permission, please email written proof to DTFTRANSFERLABS@GMAIL.COM.

9. What is the T.Seal Silicone Seal Sheet?

The T.Seal Silicone Seal Sheet is used for the final seal of DTF transfers and other heat transfers. It creates a softer feel, enhances washability and durability, and can be used up to 300-500 times.

10. What are your return and exchange policies?

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges as all items are printed to order with your specifications. Please ensure your artwork meets our requirements to avoid order cancellations.
