No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Each item is printed to order based on your specifications, making it unique to your needs.

Order Cancellations

If your artwork does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will correct the error by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

Artwork Requirements

To avoid order cancellations, please ensure that your artwork meets our guidelines:

  • Transparent PNG at 300 DPI, sized at the transfer size or larger
  • Acceptable file types: .ai, .pdf, .psd, .png
  • Do not mirror your artwork
  • Send artwork at the exact size you want it printed
  • Remove backgrounds if not intended to be printed
  • Ensure outlines/lines are at least .02pts in width
  • Convert all fonts to curves and flatten them

Unauthorized Artwork

We cannot print trademarked images (e.g., NFL, Disney, fashion brands) without written permission from the trademark/copyright owner. These images will be removed from your order and will not be printed. If your entire order contains these images, it will be canceled and refunded. If you have proper permission, please email written proof to hello@weprintupress.com.
